A strong commitment to Sustainability is the essence of each and every action we take. From designing a space where we adapted to the existing trees and native plants without uprooting any of them but building instead in harmony with the surrounding nature to striving to source all our ingredients from local farmers. We do believe social and environmental sustainability have to be embedded in the DNA of any modern business endeavors.

Lower impact & Tastier Water: 60% of the energy needed to run NUDO and 100% of the water used in our kitchen and poured into your glasses are sourced within our space. We use a state-of-the-art technology, which introduces a new paradigm in the local ecosystem, extracting and purifying water from the ground using only solar energy.

We put love into each dish. No, this is not a marketing statement. We train each staff member to learn about the importance of handling food with respect and care, because you do not only taste the ingredients, you also “feel” them.

We focus on 19 savory dishes and 7 sweet options which you can pair with our smoothies, lattes, cold-pressed juices, fermented drinks and coffees. Our menu will change based on the season, or simply because we fell in love with a new dish and want to share it with you for one day only.
